01The short version
This site does not set advertising cookies, analytics cookies or tracking pixels, and it doesn't follow you around the web. That's why you don't see a cookie banner. The only thing it stores is a small amount of data in your browser to make the chat assistant work.
02What the site stores
| Name | Type | Purpose | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
gbe_chat | Session storage | Keeps your chat conversation, name and email while you move between pages | Until you close the tab |
gbe_chat_teased | Session storage | Remembers the chat tip was shown so it appears only once | Until you close the tab |
03Why no consent is needed
These items are strictly necessary for a feature you choose to use (the chat). They aren't used for tracking, profiling or advertising, and they never leave your browser except as part of the chat you send.
04Third-party sites
When you leave this site, for example to book on Cal.com, read reviews on Google or visit LinkedIn or Instagram, those sites may set their own cookies under their own policies. The forms on this site send your details to FormSubmit and MailerLite; see the Privacy Policy.
05How to clear it
Closing the tab clears session storage. You can also clear site data at any time in your browser's settings, or block storage entirely; the site still works, but the chat will forget your conversation between pages.
06Changes
If we ever add analytics or any cookie that isn't strictly necessary, we'll update this page first and ask for your consent where the law requires it. Questions: ed@edperezfitness.com.
